Customer service are non existent. Spent over 5 hours on hold , left my number 2 days ago still have not heard from them I finally clicked I wanted to rent a unit and they answered on the first ringʻ just to tell me my unit had been sold . I have been there 14 years and was always taken care of by the people that work there. I would not recommend 10 federal storage Never received any kind of notice. Bill had been automatic and it stopped coming out for no reason.
Agent was friendly and helpful and really knowledgable. I would reccomend for sure.
Took some time to get used to the remote customer service but the guy I talked to was very helpful.
