I have been back twice now after a friend said some of the issues have been addressed. I did notice a huge difference. The first visit back was five star, the second time was go too, my only complaint was my waitress spent too much time gabbing with her co-workers at the end of the bar instead paying attention to her guest/customers needs.
Awesome delivery service.
We have been 3 times with a small group of friends. Each time we have had to hunt down our servers. We have had drink orders placed and taken forever to arrive. Our servers would not circle back for more orders. Bad handoffs or lack of new server when servers were switching shifts. Our group wanted Scotty's to be our go to football place this fall, but inability to keep the beers full has us searching elsewhere. Again...this has been consistent in our 3 various visits.
Hands down, best sweet potato fries I have ever had. Had an awesome time
No one ever came to the table when I sat down and after an hour went by my friend had to get the bingo caller to flag down staff to take my order. When I gave my simple order to the staff member who wasn't our waitress, she brought me the wrong drink order (it had ice) and forgot the water I also ordered without ice.
