We use Scottsdale Air for all our HVAC needs. Hector is absolutely the BEST. He is knowledgeable and professional. He is also kind and courteous as well as extremely polite. He is consumer-centric and customer-service oriented. He was also thoughtful enough to alert us to another serious issue in our attic. We are long-term clients. Great job. Thank you for your service.
The service rep by the name of Noah was an excellent technician. He called prior to arriving, and he did a very thorough job assessing both of our heating systems. He was very personable. He used booties on his feet and was able to give us information regarding upcoming air conditioning systems that will be under a different type of Regulation in January of 2025, which we really appreciated. It maybe time for us to consider replacing a 10 year unit. As always, this company always delivers.
I love Scottsdale air! So happy that my system is contracted with them. Definitely not another company that you dread calling when something goes wrong. Of the technicians that I’ve had out, especially Austin F., They’ve been very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and caring to get to the root of the problem. I can’t recommend Scottsdale Air enough! We recently had a new unit installed, and our experience from start to finish was exceptional. They’re a customer-first company, and it shows. Everyone that we came into contact with was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and eager to help. Our salesman, Eric went above and beyond to answer our questions and address our needs. The installation by Tyler, David, Eulogio and Joey was done seamlessly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Scottsdale Air!
Had our AC go out on one side of our house. Jordan came and diagnosed it, he was very friendly and efficient. Brandon Vail came out today and fixed the problem, he too was very personable and got the job done and went over it all for me. Definitely will use again and highly recommend!
