Scottsdale Air & Heating faulty part in the air-conditioning system. With limited discussion Jack the technician along with the staff at Scottsdale Air & Heating to the problem and allowed the defective part to be covered under the warranty. This was a great outcome for us as we have been longtime customers of Scottsdale Air & Heating.
Jesus was very professional and thorough and courtesy and explained everything. Was so pleasantly surprised with the whole experience
Eric Johnson is an amazing man who understood all our needs for our home and provided the right HVAC system, and Eulogllio and Devon installed it with such care. We are so happy with the company. We highly recommend them. Austin and Thomas come to my home and service and fix my old unit, as I have two, and they are the best. Communicate so well, and I don't feel like they are trying to sell me something like other companies.
