Cole did a great job, good communication and great service
Hector was great. He was thorough in diagnosing the issue and providing direction around next steps.
We had summer maintenance on our ac unit and mini split. Our tech Patrick was great. Came out same day. Super friendly and informative. Happy to be customers with Scottsdale Air.
Jordon was fast and efficient. A switch was broken which resulted in the whole AC system being down in 115 degree weather. He fixed it quickly without an upsell. I’ll definitely call again.
Scottsdale Air is the best. Our technician, Austin Moyer, went above and beyond: He walked us through all of his work via phone (we weren’t able to be home at the time), cleaned up after himself, and even offered to come back the following week to ensure everything was still working.
