I recently used Scottsdale Air to fix a slab leak and to replace one of my Airconditioner. They did a very good job. I have used them over the past 4 years and they always do a great job.
Once again far from great. When I checked in the AI tool tells me they’re gonna be there from 5:30 to 7:30 PM when my appointment was scheduled from 12 to 4. If your AI tool can’t be trusted, maybe you guys should stop using it until you learn how to use it. I called the office on Wednesday to confirm my appointment to remind them that I had the $600 package. When the tech was about to leave, he was charging me a $90 for a service fee, where when I pay this $600 a year membership I only have to pay 40.
Eric was nice and polite explain to me what he was going to do and then when he got done he told me what was wrong
Replaced my hot water heater in 1 business day. Great plumber. Knowledgeable, professional and personable. I have been paying the monthly membership fee since they installed my AC unit 3 years prior. I believe that may have helped a bit for priority service and the reasonable pricing. Thank you for your continued service.
Jack is a pleasant knowledable young man and represents you well
