What began as a routine service visit at my home has turned into an ongoing nightmare. The company has made six separate visits and sent six different technicians to determine what the original technician did wrong. After every visit, I have been assured, “This time it’s fixed,” yet the issue remains unresolved. I will be contacting them again tomorrow because I have reached my limit. After six unsuccessful attempts, I expect the company to take full responsibility and resolve this problem properly, once and for all.

Noah came out because I keep having intermittent issues that other companies have not figured out. He was very knowledgeable and even got my coils cleaned up. Even though my issue is still a mystery I would call Noah back in a heartbeat if I encounter any other issues. He's very good at what he does!

Scottsdale Air & Heating faulty part in the air-conditioning system. With limited discussion Jack the technician along with the staff at Scottsdale Air & Heating to the problem and allowed the defective part to be covered under the warranty. This was a great outcome for us as we have been longtime customers of Scottsdale Air & Heating.
