The new owner Scott is the one who is a joke. My timing belt broke and I asked him to repair it and anything it might have affected when it broke. All he did was get my car running. Now I have to take it somewhere else for them to finish the damage to the motor because he apparently doesnt know how to do his job. When Steve was the owner I never had a problem with him. He was great. Always did what I asked and at very reasonable prices.
Hey folks...Boy did the new owner Scott...ever bail me out. I have a 1998 Chevrolet Silverado Extended Cab Truck. I used it this past winter to go up to the Mountains, and load firewood into it. Heavy white Oak. Well, I seemed to have burned out a few gears in my transmission. So here I am driving to Branson Missouri...for vacation. My transmission went out. This place is a JOKE. Horrible service and anything you have done will not be right on your vehicle. The owner will scream at you and call you names if you have any questions about the work done. Do NOT GO HERE
this place is a joke. the owner thinks hes this great mechanic, well the only thing hes good at is talkin trash to his customers and chasing people off. i wouldnt trust my car to this fool if he was the last shop in town. ive talked to a few techs that have worked there and they all say he is the most unreliable, untrustworthy, and least capable tech in the area dont go here!!!
fantastic service: I must say that I have never encountered a problem at Sunshine Auto Repair. I recommend this shop to everyone I know, with no complaints. Steve and his staff are top notch. Its nice to have a trustworthy mechanic. The prices are great also........
I do not take my car anywhere else besides Sunshine Auto Repair. I always get fast, excellent, anf friendly service at half the price of anywhere else I could take it to. I have a foreign car so it is usually very expensive to get it fixed, but not at Sunshine Auto Repair. I recommend them to everyone I know and they leave pleased too.
They got us in the door with a low price wich quickly jumped much higher but thats not the biggest problem. Steve was very rude both on the phone and in personand had an arrogance about him as if he was the only mechanic in town! The office staff was unproffesional as well. They told us it would be done by the end of the week yet mid-week they hadnt yet started.Were very dissapointed with the lack of service at sunshine Auto repair and would urge others to take theyre auto anywhere but there.
Top notch service and pricing!!! I called several shops being new to the area.... Steve and his crew did a fantastic job in getting me back on the road again!!!! Kudos to this automotive repair facility!!!!
Ive been a long time customer with Steve @ Sunshine Auto Repair and I always appreciate his honesty. I dont see what all the fuss is about on some of these reviews, Ive always been treated fairly & with respect. I wouldnt trust my car to anyone else. Plus he always has the best prices, I just quit price shopping because it was just a waste of my time.
