Scott was very professional and helpful. A good quality brake job!
Parents went there in the early morning and need them to check the car tires, my dad had an appointment at noon and asked them politely if they may hurry, they didnt seem to care and it was taking so long for just a tire checkup. My dad asked again and one of the staff made a racist remark in a mean tone, "How long have you been in this country!" Well if this is the type of customer service they serve then I would never recommend this place to anyone, PERIOD!
They know the automotive business & do what they say they ll do!! They did work on my vintage Mercedes-Benz that some mechanics wouldn t touch. Everything is working just fine!!
Great job! Scott is honest and reasonable he has always treated me fairly. What a pleasure to have such a clean waiting area to read or watch tv while waiting for your car. The restroom has always been spotless! Keep up the good work Scott!
They got our car in and out the same day! Customer service was excellent, as well.
Scott has always give me the best of service. I appreciate the way he checks my vehicles to make sure they are ready for the road. He always calls if he finds something that needs to be fixed before he does the work to get approval. Scott does all my vehicle maintenance and repair.
Scott was fast, fare and friendly with our emergency repair. We will certainly return for shocks, breaks and general maintenance as our budget allows.
The new owner at Scott s Sunshine Automotive is great! I took my 1997 Mustang in to get the brakes repaired. He took my car in right away, and was fast and friendly. He had very reasonable prices and took great care of my car. I would definently reccomend Scott s Sunshine Automotive to any of my friends or family.
