Great service department! Fixed right the first time.
I went to Scott’s knowing exactly what I needed, staff was friendly. They let me know step by step what was happening as the mower wasn’t ready the day of purchase. They dropped the machine off closer to me, taking less time off my schedule for pick up. Would recommend working with them, they do sell one of the best mowers on the market! Will be back!
Great service every time I am there . Both Todd and Scott always go out of there way to help in anyway they can whether it's a loaner machine or shuttling parts to Illinois so I can save a drive over . Delt with Scott and received quick service and repairs to the trailer I purchased back in January 2016. Good man.
Customer service is lacking. Will not return calls. All tasks on work order not completed, apparently no quality control at all. Finally, add at least two weeks to any delivery timeframe promised.
