I was at Scott's for the open house and then again yesterday for some parts, the parts and service people were great. They were extremely helpful and pointed me in the right direction, highly recommend them for your parts and service needs!
Your mower is only as good as the dealer that supports it. Scott’s does an excellent job helping me grow my business and supplying each and every one of the parts that I may need. They also give back to their customers each year with fun open house events, allowing customers to test all of the newest models and even win prizes. Sales staff is great. Purchased my mower and all the maintenance items from them.
Purchased mower on August 30th 2019. Paid cash. On September 5th it started leaking oil out of Motor. (Believe it’s a cracked case) with 7.4 hrs on unit. I took it to Scott’s for service. I lied about what another dealer could sell me one for in the beginning ($300) difference and now I’m banned from store. Purchased thousands of dollars worth of merchandise before this happened from this dealer and now told not to come back. Children run this faculty.
RecommendedWhen you have a mower problem, here’s the first business you should go to. You will be completely satisfied even if you are a fussy person like one of my family members! He couldn’t stop talking about Scott’s.
