We have known Scott for about 6 years. We have several rental properties and every time we have any kind of problem, from backed up systems, water heaters , or leaks, Scott and his crew take care of it right away. We appreciate the work they do and the professionals they are. We are really pleased when we have tenants tell us how nice they were treated. Extremely informative and helpful! I had no idea what kind of septic system I had. I’ve had other companies come out and tell me a huge quote and leave. Scott explained to me that I had a ATU system and directed me on who to call to have it repaired. He even called the guy while he was there to explain to him my situation! Collapsed drain field. called Scott and this company blew me away. the most professional plumbing company I have ever seen. was straight forward and up front with me. explained the entire process. They took care of everything, right down to scheduling the electrician to wire the pump and water alarm. They took care of the permits needed and inspections. Working with Scott was wonderful! The day I called him just to get a quote and an idea of what we needed to fix our issue he was at my house in about 30 minutes! After meeting him and talking with him we looked no further! He came out as soon as he could to fix our issue and was in and out within just a couple of hours! We will refer to him for future needs and highly recommend him!
Josh walked me through everything he made me feel like if something ever happened to my husband I could determine and know important things on my own. I know where the septic is how often it should be pumped what to do if my plumbing backed up until they could get here.loved this company
