Although this place is well out of the way from nearby towns, it is definitely worth the ride. One can also shop at their in-house store for fruits, sodas and local delicacies.

I absolutely ♡♡♡ their barbecue chicken!!! I don't eat pork and unfortunately they're often out of whole chickens when you stop by so it's best to call ahead and place your order for it.

Sitting here in Orlando eating Scott's BBQ, nothing compares to their pulled pork, by far my favorite! I've been eating their pulled pork for 25 plus years everyI'm I go to charlestoton Gwen Beckman gets me 5 pounds to take back to fl, plus their sauce!! Would love to meet this family one day, longtime friends of the family.
Live in CA, and every time we are in SC we try and make the 2 hour drive to Hemingway. True old school pit BBQ, simply the best!
Solid solid bbq. Best I've tasted other than one my family does every Christmas. I'm a little biased. But seriously worth a drive. Large portions of lean bbq. Can't beat the sandwich.
Customer service wasn't as friendly but we loved the BBQ & skins
