Scott and Danny are honest, knowledgeable mechanics! On our way back home to Memphis, the truck suddenly began to rumble with every pump of acceleration. We pulled off the nearest exit and found ourselves in a possibly unsavory part of town. About 3 lights down, Scott’s was just getting ready to close. I'm very disappointed!! The belt he put on is slipping so badly!!! I came back and told Scott what my car was doing. He said it was my transmission. Of course my transmission is not perfect because my car is an older model. But my transmission was fine, when I drove it to Scott's, for a power steering fluid leak. My car jumped, skipped, fealt like it was going to throw me through the windshield. Then the oil light and battery light kept coming on, as soon as I drove it off his lot. Scott is a good guy. The only guy I want to buy tires from. He gets tires from dealers at discounted rates that are basically brand new, but have to be sold as used, so they are cheaper. Talks you through what is up with your car and consults you before making decisions. I took my truck in to see if I needed new brake rotors and he said "We can change them if you want to and that's not a bad decision. If you were my son, I'd let it ride for another 5-10 thousand miles so you don't have to pay for what you don't really need."
Scott is incredibly helpful and super honest. 10/10 Recommend!
