I used to love going to Scott and White. I felt they cared about resolving the problems. Now it seems like solving the problem is the last thing on this business mind. They spend more time trying to get you out than helping. When they walk in a room and say I am sorry there isn't much I can do but you can try some Tylenol over the counter doesn't sit well with me. I love S&W. The doctors, nurses, and office staff go way above my expectations. I had a procedure done and my wife is 7 months pregnant. I had to be wheeled out and they stepped in and gave me a push so my wife didnt have too. I always look forward to seeing the staff there.
I had my daughter here the doctors and nurses are very attentive.. The NICU nurses took good care of my baby girl and make sure she was comfortable...they explain everything to me and make sure I understood...
The ED was great. Kept us informed of my daughters condition. Once we got to the 6th floor in the CAM we didn't see her doctor for 3 hours. No water, no orders written. Finally when her pain got unbearable the nurse called about pain and a resident showed up and wrote minimal orders. No evening tray. We had to raid the refrigerator for food and water. The morning nurse didn't even do a shift assessment. Just responded to requests for pain meds. Nursing has really gone down hill since Baylor bought them out.

Concerned & caring. From valet parking & parking lot shuttle to their professional & courteous staff. A great hospital.
So thankful for the wonderful care my brother is receiving.
