Hope the new CEO is not Consistent with the waiting time.you have to wait to get into a room at Scott and white! My 93 year old mother had a stroke then had a fall and waited in the ER from 2:30 pm to 9:00 pm befor she got into a room. That is why the nick name Stay & Wait bigger isn't always better. Then after she was in the room they tried.to release her the next morning after this traumatic head injury. Seems like the almighty dollar is more important than a patients needs.

Visit the transplant clinic and everyone was very knowledgeable and nice to me and my daugther 👍🏼👍🏼
Been going for over 30 yrs and never once have I been treated bad. The staff is awesome, always got treated great and caring. I live closer to 2 other hospitals but will only go to Scott and White. I love our hospital
