I've been going there for 8 years and I've never had a problem
Made my last trip to this Scott & White urology clinic in temple. Had a 3:45 apt, checked in at 3:20 5 minutes earlier than requested. Taken back to the waiting room at 3:50 with vitals taken. At 5:00 walked never seeing the doctor and no one checking on me or offering an explanation on what the hold up was. This is after an hours drive there and an an hour drive home. Wonder what happened to my co-pay and if insurance will be billed.
