This was my first time at the clinic ever, from Switching to prime to standard. It was a follow up apt after I went to urgent care. Dr. Bridges is so sweet, listened to my concerns, even referred me over to another doctor upon my request. The staff was nice and consistent, even the apt courtanator was nice and down to earth. Way better then having to go to a military facility to get the correct healthcare provider.
I never can see my doctor due to him being out, but the PAs are always great!!
Am always please to go to the Killeen clinic. Everyone is always friendly and gives great customer service.
