THEIR RECEPTIONIST'S ARE RUDE!!!!! If you have the option, go elsewhere!!! I proceeded to ask a further question about where to turn a sample in and the lady with BLONDE HAIR, raised her eyebrows at me and was VERY rude like it was an inconvenience for me to be asking a question! DO NOT use this facility if you don't have to!!! BUT Stephanie P in labs was amazing and so nice!!

DO NOT USE DR. DAVID DICKINSON'S MEDICAL FACILITY! Staff is inconsiderate, and rude. Having to wait 3.5 weeks for them to update referral for my sons Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Developmental Pediatrician. I have complained everywhere and nothing is being done. I still can not get a call back, they do not care about their patients! They need to be removed from Tricare system all together! My wife had to be admitted due to respiratory and racing heart, they ran the tests that They wanted but nothing to isolate her condition. The drugs they prescribed were slowly killing her. They told her it was all in her head, again back to the er and nothing!!! They eluded to it was in her head and she was faking symptoms, I took her to the dr's in Arkansas where I'm working and she had MG, the drugs that S&W were killing her and were dismissed.
