I was there for a hip replacement due to a fall. The nursing care was terrible! They never elevated my leg after surgery, only iced it 2 times, pain management was nearly non existent! The staff was so noisy at night it interrupted and disturbed my sleep, what a little I could get, with all of the disturbances going on!!! I called records 2-3 times and they never returned my call! One year ago today (04-02-2020) Dr Brinkman and his second floor team performed my triple bypass. After my echo exercise (12.8 METS!!) by my cardiologist 2 weeks ago, I was cleared from seeing him for 6 months, stopped taking Plavix. Dr Brinkman and team thank you all! Happy Easter. Stay safe!

We have received some excellent care and some terrible care over the last two years and 6 hospital visits with my mother. The majority of care was excellent. I am writing this post to inform Baylor Scott and White All Saints that if I were in your PR department, I would make sure EVERYONE knew that the Baylor organization is NOT connected to or a part of the Vitas Hospice that rents space from you.
