Dumpster person. Doesn't answer phone calls unless he is calling you. Most petty "landlord" I've encountered.
Worst landlord. Unless you want to get called with your landlord screaming he's going to evict you illegally because he doesn't know how to cash a check properly, every month for entire year, don't go here. Also tried to evict me for having a dog, even though he was in the lease and we paid a security deposit for said dog and were paying an extra every month. I have found Mr.Sklare rude and condescending to speak with. It’s my opinion individuals in a public service job should have at least moderate people skills. Through my experience Mr.Sklare has very poor people skills, and has a bad temperament.
Don't know much about him. New landlord.
