I've never had any issues here. I must say Dr, Silverman listened to my concerns and worked patiently with me on making my smile beautiful. He is very friendly and calming. I recommend him. Also, his assistant Jen, is great! She's very thorough in what she does.
I used to really like this practice til I realized they were all about the insurance money everytime I would go there was some fee for services. Everyone from the prisons need braces even those that had them prior, just go for regular cleanings
I can't speak on behalf of their dentistry because I didn't make it past the appointment so that should tell you something. I got a reminder call three days before the appointment, which is fine. But after a call and voice mail message left on my cell, the receptionist called my work line and I told her to remove my work number and she needed a second number. She literally asked me if I can leave a friends or family number for a secondary number. I'm not going to have my friends or family bothered by a dentist appointment. T... read more
