Worst dealership they called me to deny me service and told me you're not welcome anymore to our dealership because I filled out the survey from honda as a negative service experience. ***** ******** is the service manager who said that to me he should be fired!!
Good morning,I brought my car in for my dash light going on and braking issues in March 2024. I was told the *** modulator needed to be replaced. I was informed that due to my service history with Scott Robinson Honda, the service manager would reach out to corporate and see if they could get a discount on the part. Apparently Tom ********* doesn't follow the standard of others when a deal is set. My girlfriend and I were promised a price and Interest rate by Freddie and as soon as she was by herself closing the deal they flipped it and raised the interest rate. My girlfriend took them for their word that this was normal. I will make it my mission to make sure everyone I come in contact with looking to purchase a new vehicle is aware of the shady business practices that are apparently "normal" here at Torrance Of Honda Scott ********.

Do NOT buy a vehicle from here as they DO NOT stand behind their product. The GM advised a fellow colleague as we all listened on speaker phone to come down & trade their car in. Also that he advised all his friends & family to not buy used cars even though the dealership sells them. Colleague purchased an Acura with low miles from this location & has had several mechanical issue. Car has been serviced continuously at Acura dealerships since purchase.
