We believe that the basis of our success has been our quality of patient care, combined with a high level of service provided to our referral sources. We make every effort to see newly referred patients within two weeks. Through experience and appropriate testing, we are typically able to define specific diagnosis and therefore specific treatment plans. Our providers take the time to educate each patient about their diagnosis and the reasons behind treatment.

What Dr.Ross says and does about treatment is not followed. Spent about 30 min discussing a treatment plan with him about an SPG block for cluster headaches and we both agreed that it may not last for more than a few days at best. So we where going to just going to treat it with pain medicine which he said he had no problem doing because the dosage was only used shortly a few times a year. Almost a year later he would not fill script to help me with my cluster headache. Do not trust what he says
I suffered with chronic pain in both hips. My healthy active lifestyle was no longer possible as exercise caused extreme pain. My first visit with Dr. Ross and his staff was two weeks ago. Dr. Ross took the time that most physicians don’t these days – he was very personable, professional and we discussed a comprehensive plan to alleviate the immediate symptoms and prevent future problems. I am happy to say I have been pain free since that day! I can now sleep and exercise without pain!
He was so rude to me, and wouldn't listen. He didn't try to find out where my pain comes from, and treated me like dirt. He rushed through the appointment because he wanted me gone. Today was my first appointment with him, and I left his office crying because he refused to help me. He just wants money, and he does not care. Do not go to him! I don't know where all these positive reviews are coming from. Go find a real doctor!!!!
I call Dr Ross's office last week after being told I need a lumbar epidural . I was scheduled Tuesday May 1st for a consult with Dr Ross. My procedure is scheduled May 7, 2018. I meant Dr Ross as an in patient at Penrose Main Hospital in February 2018, at that time i needed surgery . He is the most compassionate caring doctor. He staff is knowledgeable and efficient getting my procedure approved by insurance while I was in office. I would recommend Dr Ross pain management . Thank you
Dr. Ross has been my physician for over 6 years. I recommend Dr. Ross because he is a very caring and intelligent doctor. He is easy to talk to and does not rush through a visit.
I had been dealing with lower back pain for decades. I had learned to "push through the pain" and when it got really bad...take Aleve and/or apply Voltaren gel. Voltaren is great. But, after my diagnosis; Dr. Ross recommended a Bilateral radio frequency neurotomy. I had this procedure performed on L4/5 and L5/S1 by Dr. Ross in January. The results have been AMAZING. The pain I've lived with forever is GONE!!! I am able to do more and even have started to lose weight. Dr. Ross is GREAT!
Dr Ross is the best back pain doctor I have ever been treated by. He is very caring and professional. I have had back problems since the age of 23...I am 75 now. He takes very good care to make me feel better. I see the bad reviews and know they are not justified. He is not a miracle worker nor can he help everyone but he deserves the highest rating for trying. He and his staff are excellent!!!! Thank you
Very dissatisfied over 8 weeks for appt ! Told my problem could be resolved 1st procedure was to inject anesthetic keep a pain diary for 6 hours. If it didn’t work, he could do another procedure to burn the nerve ending. Called in the results of the pain diary the next day. Took 2 days for a call and they would have him call A week later I was called to make an appt to go over diary I said I would like to schedule the 2nd procedure since pain not resolved and 2 daysrecd a mess he could not help
Dr. Ross is one of the most genuine, and, caring pain management doctors that I have come to know. He may also be one of the busiest but he is definitely worth the wait to see him. He, and his amazing staff, has gone over and beyond the call of duty for me to make sure that I am no longer in pain. Because of his outstanding work he is a bit on the busy/booked side. Again, make the effort to see him. He will truly listen to your concerns and address each one.
