I’m never one to write reviews but, this has been one of the worst rental experiences I have ever dealt with, especially considering how expensive the unit is. The property is poorly maintained, repairs are ignored or delayed for months, and communication from management/maintenance has been dismissive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Our AC in our rental went out and Scott Properties had ClimateMasters here and our AC fixed within 24 hours. We have found them to be extremely responsive and would recommend them.
