I love my dental hygienist's gentle touch of my teeth.
I can never remember my hygenist's name(s). I recognize that this is my fault, but can an unembarrassing method of reintroduction (name-wise)be employed?
My visit was great! I was really happy with the friendliness of the staff and especially the prompt response to my need for treatment (called to request an appointment and got in the next morning--then was scheduled for a consultation with an oral surgeon the day after). I felt like everyone was very attentive to take care of me! I loved Sarah! I want her to clean my teeth every time. :-) My only concern was that after I met with an oral surgeon (Spencer Haley), he gave me very different advice than Dr. Nickels, which left m... read more

My hygienist was great!! Loved that she explained what she was doing when she was doing it and why. Great communication skills- and all around great at what she does!
Dr. Nickels and the rest of the staff always make me feel welcome and comfortable. An addded personal touch that most doctor's offices don't have.
