I recently referred a friend to your office. Without even asking about what her issue was, she was told that because she has BCBS your office didn't make enough money off BCBS to accept new patients carrying that insurance. Dr. Pittman's office accepted her with no problem and after further research her particular policy did not cover what she needed done so she ended up paying in full. Dr. Nickels and his staff are very professional and accommodating. I hear people all the time say they dread going to the dentist. I've never felt that way once in the 15 years I've been a patient.
