Every time I visit this office it seems they have well thought out how best to serve you in the most timely manner. I've been to a lot of dental offices in my life and I really feel Dr. Nickels and his staff seem to put my needs first. I have lost the fear of injections because Dr. Nickels. It is the best dental office I have ever found. Thank you Dr. Nickels and thanks to your great staff.
Dr. Nickels was our family dentist for years until we moved to DC. Now that we're back after 14 years, it is heartening to see that Dr. Nickels and his entire staff still offer the same top-drawer care with the same level of warmth and friendliness that made Dr. Nickels our family's favorite dentist. My Dental Technician worked slowly, carefully, and explained as she went along. Also gave tips on using an electric toothbrush which were very helpful. Thanks!
great place and very understanding and accommodating to my situation
My hygenist, Sarah, was very very good and extremely nice and thoughtful but she was a tiny bit rough during the "picking stage" and might be advised to be more gentle as have her colleagues. I may be wrong about this but that was my perception.

Ms.Virginia and Dr. Nickels were so kind, helpful; addressed my fears and anxiety, immediately got me an appointment. I will absolutely be recommending him to my friends and family and will now make him my primary dentist.
