My dental technician (I'm bad on remembering names!) was very educational and answered all my questions. She was very gentle and did not cause my gums to have any discomfort.
Dr. Nickels worked me in for an emergency visit at the last minute. Everyone was very friendly!

All of you are so AWESOME! Even though you guys are the nicest people on the planet, I STILL get nervous before my appointments. However, I'm always relaxed once I get into the chair. I can't see myself going anywhere else. I am the envy of all my coworkers who waited too late to become patients. ( We all have BCBS TN) Thank you guys SO much for all that you do and for being so nice and friendly.
Just wish you all were closer! After a year of frustration with NC dentists Icontacted Dr. Nickels who fixed me up. It was a pleasure.
I've been going to Dr Nickels for ~20 years. You will not find a more compassionate, humble, pleasant dentist than Scott. His hygienists are kind, gentle and patient. Customer service is always exemplary. I consider myself fortunate to be his patient.
