Receptionists were friendly and quick to help as I changed my mailing address. Ms. Ball was great. Dr. Nickels is awesome. The folks here take an interest in you as a person and not just a patient. You are made to feel like family.

Dr. Scott and each member of his operation treats everyone with respect and I have always had an outstanding experience. Going to the dentist is a joy with Dr. Scott and team.

I would recommend having the "patience privacy policy" handed-out to new patiences as they are requested a sign a document stating they have read it. If conserving paper is a concern, perhaps they could be lamenated with a note indicating a personal copy is available upon request. All an all, a very positive experience!
