I greatly appreciated talking with Dr. Nickels and Sarah, my dental hygienist, to try to figure out the cause of my cavities. They both listened thoughtfully, and together we came up with a potential explanation and solution. The conversation was not rushed, and I felt well cared for.
Thank you Scott for taking time to talk to me and make me feel my health is your number one concern. As always you and your staff made me feel comfortable and just like family. I love my hygienist, she is the best. This time it had been 14 months since my last cleaning due to mouth surgery. I absolutely love everybody on this team with maybe the exception of one and that was the downgrade on properly greeting me. I guess I will never understand moody people, but I have been a patient now for 3 years, my daughter and her family maybe 15+ years, but I walk in, if I am lucky, Linda might speak to me, or look at me like I am not even supposed to be there!!!!! Whichever mood she is in! I know she is busy but if she is, maybe it would be a better fit for her out of the customer service area.
All the people in your office are great. Sara is an excellent hygienist and a pleasant conversationalist.
Everyone was extremely nice & helpful. My hygentist was very thorough and knowledgeable. The staff's attention to detail is remarkable. Dr. Nichols is very personable & attentive to your needs.
Always great staff and service, which is why I come back year after year!
I had a family emergency and did not have time for them to explain the financial part.
