Could not ask for better dental care!
The whole staff here is great. Prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, caring. Dr. Scott and his dental hygienists are also very gentle. Great dentist.
The staff is always friendly and very professional. They always do a good job and make me feel comfortable and at ease.
Dr. Nickels and his staff are very efficient, kind, and have relentless focus on customer service and their patients' oral health. Three generations of our family use this practice for all our dental care. My father is 90 years old with dementia and Dr. Nickels and Holly provide special custom senior care for him.
I was embarrassed to go since my teeth are real bad. The staff made me feel comfortable and told me not to be embarrassed. Dr. Scott was very nice and gave me hope that my teeth can be saved.
Retiring and moving to Tennessee 5 years ago, it has been a nightmare trying to find a good dentist. I travel two hours to Dr. Nickels office and in my 60 plus years dealing with dentist, Dr. Nickels is one of the best I have ever had work on me, definitely in Tennessee. He is such a great person, professional, caring and gentle, I can't say enough good about him and most of his staff. And as far as shots he is the best ever. Dr. Nickels and his team take great care of our entire family. We started going to his office when we first moved to Nashville over 9 years ago. The entire staff is caring, the equipment state-of-the-art, and you are treated like family!

Best dental office staff! All the staff in this office treat everyone like family. From the management at the front desk to the hygienist and assistants, they all seem like your great friends.
