The entire practice handles patients with care and respect: from the front door, to my hygienist Courtney, to Dr. Nickels..no one talked negatively toward me regarding my dental status..while communicating encouragement several times. Rating: 5 stars
Excellent Dentist and Excellent office
My hygienist Emily was great and very thorough with advice and information on how to approach my dental hygiene. Dr Nichols was very friendly and open to my approach to tackle the issues I have with Sjogrens Syndrome and the issues it causes for my teeth.
Dr. Nickels and his staff are always a pleasure to see. I'm an old man who's lucky enough to have pretty good dentition, but for the few issues I've had, I always felt that I was under expert care and that my comfort during any procedure was important to everybody involved. I've been under Dr. Nickels' care for many, many years and wouldn't consider switching to any other practice. I pay out-of-pocket for my dental care as a retiree and always feel amounts charged are fair and well worth the expenditure.
I have been going to Dr. Nickels for over 23 years and I have been extremely pleased with my dental work and overall experience with him and the staff! Everyone is very professional and goes above and beyond for their patients! A very relaxing and friendly atmosphere!
Always, always, always a pleasure to be seen here!! All staff are incredibly professional, kind and caring, and absolutely on time. Dr. Nickels is the consummate professional, excellent bedside manner, and I trust his judgement completely. Highest recommendations.
