I prefer and trust private practitioners over chain-operated medical facilities. Dr. McClaren and his friendly, helpful and conscientious staff is all I could hope for. His is an excellent clean facility with long-term employees who remember my name. Dr. McClaren is a top-notch, gentle dentist who, over the years I have been his patient, has upgraded his equipment and practice. I feel fortunate being in his care.

Dr. McClaran did a fullexamination afterwards and was very thorough. The support staff, from the front desk to the doctor’s assistants could not have been nicer. I was charged $3,500 as my copays. My insurance company said I should have been charged $2,500. Now two years later his office is calling me trying to get another $138. When I told Sky that I would speak with my insurance company before paying. She threatened to send it to collections and called me ignorant. Not only would I not recommend them, I am looking into filing an ethics complaint against them.
