So pleased to have found such a fantastic doctor- also excellent staff in all other areas. Dr Wasman is brilliant, wise and compassionate. You can plan for a wait, but it's worth it. I only wish calling the office and connecting with a live person was easier- this is the only thing I wish they'd work on.

I have been a patient of Dr. Walsman since 2011, he performed surgery for glaucoma and because I was having a problem he came into the office to see me on a Saturday. He called me from his vacation to see how I was doing. He is a great Doctor and so caring. As I live in Florida, I return 2 twice a year to see him. Not enough stars in my opinion.

Front desk staff cordial. Technicians clear on instructions during diagnostic testing. Dr. Walsman is in high demand. Therefore patient wait time more than an hour to two hours. Practice should consider a patient facilitator to ensure patients (especially the elderly) know they are not forgotten in waiting area.
