My mother went here the other day to get a tooth pulled by Dr. Valerie key, and her experience was extremely painful. When Dr. Valerie gave her the shot in her mouth she practically jumped out of the chair, and when she finally got the tooth out she hit my Mom's front teeth on the way out. Her jaw is so swollen it looks like she has a baseball in her mouth. We called and left a message after her visit regarding her pain and have yet to get a call back. What an awesome father and daughter practice!! Very clean, Extremely conscientious dentist, Dr. Key with over 30 experience, daughter Dr. Valerie who follows her father's path and so meticulous and up to date on latest dentistry including Invisalign. I love this place. Truly family oriented dental practice. Besides I'm back working with my friends Jessica and Lisa whom I graduated with from UofL. And Kathy, Mallory, and Meagan; greatest assistants and EDDA.
