The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. Dr. Keller has been our excellent family physician for over 20 years and always takes the time to ask about my kids, all grown up now. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
