30 min on hold? Dr keller you gave me another number to call, she was really rude and told me to call help desk and to tell you not to give this number anymore 4042510870 and I was suppose to get a call back never did
If you want to be able to get appointment or a prescription refill, RUN...from any provider that is under the Emory "empire"! Dr. Keller is a fine good-natured doctor, but I will be changing due to the fact that I can't stand the Emory service. Fortunately, I am healthy and do not need to see a doctor often. I can't imagine putting up with the frustration of dealing with Emory if I had need of a doctor more regularly.
A week after the imaging facility informed me that the results of my ultrasound has been sent 24 hours after the test, I am still waiting for a call for the results from Dr. Keller's office. The same people that preaches about how important time is when it comes to treatment of an ailment. I am scouting around for another doctor as we speak.
Dr. Keller is EXCELLENT. There is not a more professional, caring or friendly doctor. I have known him for over 30 years. He exceeds all expectations!
Been with dr Keller since “97” office staff is horrible can never talk to anyone, voicemails are always full, have been trying to get perceptions refilled and when I do get a voicemail I never get a call back I could go on and on but will stop here, good luck
Dr. Keller is friendly and I didn't feel rushed the first time I saw him. However, I've been trying to get an appointment and have to keep leaving a message and have yet to get a call back. Apparently, the office staff doesn't care if patients come in as they can't be bothered to return calls for appointments.
Dr keller is great. 5 stars. The office is the worst. They'll take care of you fine as long as your paying for a visit but heaven help you if you need to call and talk to someone. I've been trying for over a week to get through to a live person to correct a perscription problem. I guess I'll have to make an appointment and pay for an office visit just to talk to a live person. That's not right.
Couldn’t find a more caring physician. Listens and finds solutions for my problems. Very thorough!
Dr Keller has always been a great PCP to deal with. Recently however, getting in touch with his office and running the gauntlet of his prompts and getting messages returned has become a nightmare. Just made four phone calls to try to get an appointment and a referral done. This is after waiting 3 days for a call back. I would give Dr. Keller a 5 star rating and ability to reach his office for anything a 1. This should be easy to fix
