They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I've been seeing Dr Keller for over a decade now. There have been times in the past that some of his staff made me so upset I almost left. But I love Dr. Keller so much that I just overlooked the staff. That has changed now. The new Staff along with Janet (who has always been very nice) are very nice and professional. As long as Dr Keller is practicing, he'll be taking care of me.
Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment.
