Too much attitude and brassy highlights – I've gotten to this salon for a couple of years, but because of recent experiences, I'm looking for a new place to spend my $300 for a highlight, cut and wax. The staff is too rude. Plain and simple. I tried to change my highlights because my hair always look too brassy. The colorist was obviously nonqualified and covered it by arguing with me for ten minutes about my what "blonde" is. Everyone there from the spa to the front to the hair stylists are rude, RUDE, RUDE!

It's okay... – I agree with the rating that it's hard to relax. I had a facial today and all I heard were clopping heels above my head in the salon and people talking...but it was that muted Charlie Brown teacher talking. The facial was good, their hair services are MUCH better!!

GO HERE!!! – I really had an amazing experience here. I had multiple services, both in the salon and spa. The decor was very zen, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. They also have great hours(they are open until 11 at night!!!) so it was great to come after to work to unwind. I had a great massage and facial with well trained technicians, and finished off with an amazing cut. I get compliments all the time on my new style. They also carry all my favorite AVEDA products--GO HERE!!
