Worked here through Syntech and as the other review stated, I saw very early on I wasn't going to be a good fit for that company, I couldn't understand the trainer (Arabic accent), barely any breaks with constant/non-stop work. Very little room for promotion if I wanted to work up the ladder. This work is EXTREMELY fast paced with very low break opportunities. Also please give Isaiah a raise he has been there for 12 years and only makes $17 bucks lol I start my new job tomorrow and it starts at $18
Finest company in all the land
I worked at this company for about a month, and I must say it was a terrible experience... when I came here through sentech I was told after a 30-90 days I'd get hired in, that was false. There are people that have been here 1year+ and still make minimum wage $8.90 I heard one person ask the manager did the company hire in and he said no himself. The job itself it's pretty easy I guess..however it is non stop... if you are a woman you will work with all Arabic women, maybe one of two Americans...the 'Supervisor' is Arabic so... read more
