Dr. Scott Harris and the entire staff at American Institute for Plastic Surgery are the absolute best you can find. They are knowledgeable and professional. They have done applaudable, jaw-dropping work 42 of my friends and clients. I love their entire staff and will always refer him and trust him with all of my surgeries. Dr. Harris is an AMAZING surgeon, who listens to all your concerns and gives you the best options available! He and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional and very accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Harris!!!!!!!!!
He was awesome but during a call his assistant failed to put me on hold so I got to hear all the nasty things she had to say about me to the rest of the staff. She went on to loudly complain to staff that I was just a patient who wasted her time (mind you, I had already paid in full for the surgery, did the consult, and the pre-op appointment and bloodwork). What was even more shocking is that all the staff around her laughed at her malicious comments and her jokes about me. It was shameful.
I've had a very positive experience thus far. I did my research ahead of time as far as experience, expectations, costs, and process leading up to surgery as well as post op process. Everyone has been great: Mona, Kristin, Dr. Harris, and my overnight nurse Gayla went above and beyond in providing my care.
Terrible experience! He sugar coats everything at the beginning and seems really nice, but he is extremely arrogant and won't fix his mistakes. Be careful of him and his staff!
This surgeon is the most Condescending and arrogant man I’ve ever met. He led me on thinking he could fix a bad surgery I had done years back and just took my money. He never achieved the results he said he was an artist at. He is terrible, I wish I could let everyone know how evil this man really is. His license should be revoked. Worst Experience Ever!!! Stay Away if Possible, you have been forewarned! While Dr Harris may have excellent reviews, his office staff are atrocious! From his Nurse Gayla and Mona the pt coordinator as well as Kevin, the office Manager never getting back to you after valid concerns were voiced. Even Dr Harris was made aware and did nothing to resolve the situation! They ignored me, treated me poorly like I was a second class citizen and Kevin told me to find another office! Unprofessional!
Dr. Harris is one of the few plastic surgeons that is an artist who gives you a natural facelift so you look like you used to. My friends say I look anywhere from 15 to 20 years younger! His staff is very attentive and caring.
