The worst office staff possible. From the receptionist on down, they are rude & unaccommodating. The receptionist makes medical decisions on behalf of the doctor & I'm fairly certain he did not attend medical school. I could find better health care at a veterinary office. Find another physician...any other physician.
Ratings are not accurate but only way to get this noticed. After hunting for what looked like a good new doctor i made an apt. I arrive 7 minutes before the apt,the receptionist looks at me, i say my name. She says "You have to reschedule, your late!, you should have been here 30 minutes ago to fill out your 11 pages" and proceeded to argue saying she told me over phone. She didn't! Nor should it take any 28 year old 30 minutes to fill out DR. forms. Time is money both ways Doc!
