My husband and I saw Dr. Friedberg for the first time today. We like him very much. He spent a good amount of time with each of us and checked us thoroughly. Our last physician didn't even do any of that. We felt that Dr. Friedberg truly cared about our visits instead of just making money off of us. We are getting blood work done and he said he would call us with the results instead of making us come back in and collect another copay. Very compassionate, knowledgable, and professional
I would never recommend them. They treat you like your not a patient but an inconvenience. It's all about how many patients they can get in and out as fast as possible and could careless about you. Find a better doctor's office.
This doctor would have gotten a four star rating prior to this rating if he hadn't merged his practice with another doctor that is horrible. His new system is "call for an appointment, get past the receptionist, and them wait for hours and hours and hours or a full day for them to maybe call you back and say, hey you can come in now at this time we think you're sick enough. He went from 4+ starts to poor. If you think this new system is good think again. Good doctor, terribly bad system.
Dr. Friedberg has been my primary care physician for over 7 years. I have always found he and his staff to offer me exceptional care and service. I have never hesitated in recommending him to friends or family.
I decided to return to having a D.O. as my primary care and after much research, chose Dr. Friedberg. I am very happy with him as my doctor - both he and his staff understand working with the complex health care plans of today which translates to less complication for me. On top of that he was everything I was looking for in a primary care doctor. He is compassionate, knowledgeable, and caring. I don't have any current aches or pains, but I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them.
Worst staff. Very rude??
I didn't get to meet the Dr because his staff was so rude. The guy at the front desk thinks he owns the place. Very very rude. Would not recommend the place to anyone.
He is a arrogant jerk. Shows no care or concern Too important to deal with his patients. Heidi on the other hand is great. Too bad they are a team.
