The receptionist was of great value as she explained the services of care to me. With each explanation I felt at ease with her competency to explain how they asissited each individual patient but in the end I decided to make an appointment with a provider who could extend indivudualized service to meet my particular because I have greater needs than just immediate dentures and a hard to fit lower bridge.
DECEITFUL PRACTICE. I took my 19 yr old to this dental practice. She's covered under my husbands insurance and I listed him as the person responsible for the bill. When her cleaning was done I was presented with a bill for $110. I was surprised as our insurance covers routine teeth cleaning at 100%. They told me that they had performed an oral cancer screening and had given her fluoride which were not covered. I asked them why they didn't get my permission and they told me that because she is 19 they needed to ask her.... read more
I had some extensive dental work performed by Dr Littlefield. I must say i have seen numerous dentists in my lifetime but i have never been as impressed as i was with Green Mount Family Dentistry. The staff are top notch from the receptionist all the way to the assistants. Dr Littlefield is one of the most caring dentists i have ever meet. I can't say enough about how well she treated me. I thought when we got the bills they were expensive and then realized they were up selling us. At 80 my teeth have always be really good and then my first time there I all of a sudden have periodontal problem? Thus comes the charges? If you go there make sure what you're going to get charged and an explanation of those charges as they will make their bill confusing in order to justify their charges. Sad but true!
excellent dental office. Darcy was fantastic at cleaning teeth, she takes her time and does an excellent job. Very thorough and very pleasant person. Dr. Larson is very good as well. He explains what needs to be done and the reasons, than the staff reviews all cost with you. Never pressures you into making a quick decision.

I was a patient for many, many years when it was Dr Haggerty's practice. He retired & unfortunately, in the last 5 years or so, it is evident it was purchased by a corporate entity & has gone downhill because of that. It is all about the bottom line & selling selling selling. Rotating dentists, never know who you will see or if you'll see them again & no caring or compassion from the staff or dentists.
