I am so pleased with Dr Molzan and his caring staff! My fear of dentist have been a huge part of my makeup. DO NOT have anything done prior to getting a quote and estimate directly from your insurance company. DO NOT rely on office staff and the quote that they provide. It was shared with me that they are not responsible for verifying insurance. Me thinking - why do I provide my dental insurance information up front? Sadly, revolving door with admin/billing staff and clearly not competent with insurance processing. I had a crown done and the temporary fell out the next day. Clearly, poor quality of service too. They overcharge you for procedures and have a dishonest billing process.
And besides the billing issue that I had with the practice, they installed a temporary crown and it fell out in less than 24 hours. Had to rush back in to have the same process done the very next day. Jus provided excuses as to why this happened. When I received the permanent crown - terrible color selection and had to be remade. Find another practice that is competent - both billing and patient care. Also a revolving door with both admin staff and doctors. Poor patient experience.

Went for a cleaning and they gave me an estimate, which I signed not knowing that they would charge me double of what the estimate was. They added on services that I was told was covered by insurance and then a couple of months later, I received bills that were basically the same amount that we paid initially. An estimate is not supposed to vary to that extent, not cost 100% more what they quoted you. Then they have the nerve to mail me the copy of the signed "estimate." What a great team! Everyone treats you great! Helena and Dr. Ashley Trotter were fantastic. They listened intently while you explained all the issues you were dealing with.. I would highly recommend Dental Care of Grafton. They are terrific!
