This company has no interest on how to help you SAVE money. They don't send cards or make reminder calls for follow ups appointments. They let you sign up with them and not tell you if your insurance covers you just so that they can BILL YOU. I have paid over $1,100 in bills with them and have NEVER HAD MY TEETH CLEANED! With them since 2013 though🤔🤔 I AM DONE!
I would recommend Scott Elards office to everyone and anyone. No matter your issue, you could not find a more caring and understanding staff. Truly the nicest and most caring I have meet. I have seen 6+ dentists over a period of time and I have now found my dentist for life! Thank you all for what you do and how well you care for people it really makes a difference.
I have been going to Dr. Ellard for over 5 years now. I absolutely love this office. The staff is so nice and my dental hygienist, Bianca, is the best! I have never felt more at home in a dental office. Keep up the good work!
