Dr himself is very nice and helpful but the staff has booked me twice now for a time he’s not even in office, so I get cancelled on last minute: I’ve been waiting for 4 months. It’s frustrating when I feel my issue is urgent and would like to be addressed and I don’t feel that the staff cares to help me.
The only reason why this doctor's office even deserves one star is despite the incompetent front staff, Dr. Capobianco is actually a great doctor. However, you will first have to successfully get an appointment without being rescheduled or waiting three hours past your appointment time to see that. This doctor's office is the most dysfunctional, unprofessional office I have ever stepped foot into. I have never seen a front office staff not want to do their jobs more than this office. Best dr ever! I highly recommend him. Compassionate, thorough, knowledgeable and understanding. I have my sweet rainbow baby thanks for Dr. Capo being so thorough and figuring out why I kept miscarrying and also making sure I carried her full term and she was a healthy perfect baby. Best staff too!
