Saw her a couple years ago I'm on blood thinners and when I called her office to make appoint I asked if it was a consultation because if not I'd need to go off blood thinner, per my heart doctor. When I got there I asked her nurse and again she said it was a consult. When doc came in she said it was to go up into my bladder. I told her what my heart doctor had said. She said she'd do it anyway and I should have left at that point. She was very rude after that!
The entire staff at this clinic is fantastic. From the friendly greeting at the front desk to the nurse prep, everyone was professional and kind. The doctor himself was attentive and approachable. It felt like a very supportive and well-run environment overall.
