Liked him immediately. Great bedside manner. Explained the procedure fully; what to expect, the replacement pieces. I received a surgery date for the procedure 2.5 weeks from the appointment date. They are very organized and compassionate.

Saw Dr. Plaster recently to get a second opinion, due to complications from a TKR 18 months ago (done by a different surgeon/different practice). He was on time, thorough, had great bedside manner and explained things in a way I could understand with no pretentiousness. I felt that he spent a decent amount of time with me and my expectations were met. Should I decide to proceed with a revision, I will definitely use him for that surgery.
Dr Plaster was great. He explained my surgery and answered all of my questions. He was very easy to talk to. My total hip replacement surgery/recovery has gone amazing. I expected a lot more pain but it was pretty minimal pain. I am only 3 week post op. I would definitely recommend Dr Plaster for any joint surgery!!
