I bought a car there last March. I like the people but not the service. I haven't used my wireless charging system yet because no one knows how to use it and what part I need to purchase to make my phone charge. What use is it for me to have this option when I can't even use it. I paid alot for my car for me not to know how to work this.

This is unacceptable and we will make sure we have one of our master certified salesman/saleswoman go over your vehicle with you whenever convenient for you. As for your wireless charging. Unfortunately not all phones are compatible with the QI Wireless charging system. There are cases on amazon that do have the tech in them that will enable your phone to take advantage of the wirelsss charging. They only run about 15.00. Drove from Gardendale to purchase a full set of tires, have my oil changed and brakes replaced. When I picked my car up it was missing a sideview mirror. I was told it just "fell out". I had to drive around for days without a mirror until the new one came in. I drove back to Jasper, 2nd time in a week, and had my mirror replaced. They made me pay $50 for the mirror (told me they wouldn't charge me to install it).I thought they would make it right in the end but I never even received a follow up call. Sarah Halbrook sold us a 2017 Camry today. The car is amazing but only half a great as Sarah was! If you are in the market go by and see Sarah, she is the best!
I purchased a car from here last Friday. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My salesman failed to give me a business card and I can't remember his name. I believe it was Jason. He also promised to fill the gas tank up for me and I didn't realize until I'd left that he hadn't done that. There was no washer fluid in the car either. Minor things for a car that I am extremely happy with and the only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating.
