i bought a new Highlander yesterday. Kathy Shatinger was my sales person. She was very patient helping me set up my apps and explain everything about the suv. I'm sure I'll be spoiled now. It's a beautiful vehicle. I have driven Toyota since 2005. First one was a Camry. The Highlander is great tho. It's my favorite now.
This place sucks ass. Just wanted to buy a truck and instead they tried putting me in a new Corolla. On top of that I already had the money for the truck and they STILL tried to get me to finance through them. There's a nice used car lot across the road from them if you want fair business and no run around bull crap. I can vouch because it's where I made my decision!
Edit: Barry was very accommodating and helped me get my wheel fixed and has been great to work with. Thank you From getting the run around on defective powder coat on wheels to damaged wheels after a tire mount and balance to waiting over 2 hours for a service while people arriving after me come and go. Service has been going downhill for a few years now.
Bought my car in February from John Ware. Great sales associate. I love my car!!!! He did a great job working with me. I highly recommend him when you're looking for you next vehicle ��
