Actually seem to care at all? My doctor is dismissive and I can never get in no matter how sick I am or am not. General check ups, serious matters? My doctor may as well not exist. I don't think the base doctors have ever helped me as I almost always have to go to a urgent care or E.R. Even after I've been in the E.R. Can,t beat it if your retired military. If their so short of personnel just close the Refill location, so it 1 stop for everything!!
