Improve pediatrics appointments, never seen such a horrible set up.
RecommendedI meant to say this yesterday . I don't know where and how to pay a compliment to our essential warriors that are working the pharmacy but I wanted to put this out there. I had a pending pick up of meds from both pharmacies. When I tell you that looking at both lines I was expecting at least an hour or so wait. Well it was no more than 30 minutes for the Refill Pharmacy and no longer than 20 minutes for the main pharmacy. I was so impressed of the system they had created to serve us during this time. Great service for retirees
listen to the patients.. They need to learn what they are doing. Stop keeping people from seeing necessary drs that are non network. Just because you have to pay a little more doesn't mean that people don't NEED the special drs. We've been dealing with this for months...
